Q. Where is my order?
A. You will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as your order has been completed. The progress of your order can be tracked by logging into your account and selecting view order history.
Q. How do I Pay?
A. You will be asked to fill in your address and payment details when you progress to the checkout stage.Decorative Living accept the following payment methods online PayPal, Mastercard, Maestro UK, Maestro International, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta.
Q. What if I have problems logging into my account?

Q. Can I change an order?
A. We will make every effort to accommodate any changes you wish to make prior to the dispatch of your order. If you have any problems with the your order or delivery, please call our customer service team on 0845 658 8338 Alternatively, return your order conformation email, stating your problem. Please note if the item has been specially ordered Decorative Living will keep 50% of the balance.
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Decorative Living will try very hard to ship your item as soon as possible within five working days. For non UK shipping may take longer.
Q. What are the delivery charges on multiple orders?
A. The standard delivery charge will apply to your entire order going to one address. If more than one delivery address is required, the standard delivery charge will apply per address.
Q. Where do you deliver to?
A. Decorative Living offer a worldwide delivery service. Certain items are not available for export or may have restrictions on the destinations they can be exported to.
Q. What time of day do you deliver?
A. Delevirey will be made btween 9am and 6pm monday to friday. If you are not in when we try to deliver, the courier will leave a card with clear instrucions on how to re-arrange delevery to a suitable time.
Q. What if my items arrive damaged?
A. If your order arrives damaged, please report the matter immediately to Decorative Living customer services on 0845 658 8338 (9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, Saturday Sunday. Closed.
